Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on customer service, but occasionally we get things wrong.

We want our customers to have a great experience. However, if there is any kind of problem, please let us know and we will resolve it. It’s really important to us.

In fact, we are so proud of our coffee and story, we offer a guaranteed refund*. If you are unhappy for whatever reason and return your product within 30 days, we'll process your refund.

The easiest way to return your coffee for Royal Mail deliveries is to:



- Use the same address label from your initial delivery if you still have the box [if you do not have the label, please contact us and we can re-send via e-mail]
- Cross out your delivery address, leaving our returns address on the side.
- Go to https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems
- Type in the Tracking code from the label.
- Arrange a date for collection.

For DHL returns, please contact us directly.

*Refund will be 100% of value of unopened boxes or bags. Refund excludes any original shipping charges incurred at point of purchase.
