The easiest way to track your parcel is to click 'view your order' within your original Roar Gill e-mail order confirmation. Then click on the Royal Mail tracking number to see the status of your delivery.
Royal Mail will also send updates via text message if you have provided a phone number.
Please allow a full 5 working days from order before contacting us regarding a late delivery.
Our standard shipping service is 48 hour tracked [excluding weekends]. However, we advertise the service as 3-5 working days at check-out. This is because sometimes the Royal Mail network can be at full stretch and they delivery slightly later than planned.
