Edit Your Subscription

You can access your subscription portal via your account on roargill.com.

Once you have accessed your subscription details, you will see five main sections:

  1. View Your Next Order. Use this section to send now, reschedule dates, skip order completely, or add discount code on your upcoming order.
  2. View Upcoming Orders. See multiple future orders and edit each delivery to suit you.
  3. Manage Subscriptions. Useful overview for where you have multiple subscriptions in place. You can also find cancellation options here.
  4. View previous orders. Take stock of previous delivery contents, shipping addresses, and order value. Please note that if you require a VAT invoice to be automatically sent on each order, you will need to contact hello@roargill.co.uk separately for this to be set-up.
  5. Addresses & payment details. Use this section for updating card details, billing address, and email address. If you are experiencing issues with payment update links via shop pay, please update your card details in the shop app directly here: https://shop.app/. This will update your details in your Roar Gill subscription at the same time. Alternatively please add a new payment method directly by going to the subscription portal >> Address & Payment details >> Add payment method.
