How To Fix Account Issues

We know. Not being able to log-into your account is a real pain! Most of the time however, there are easy ways to address this:

Problem: Your email address isn't recognised. You've typed in your email address, or what you think is your password [or even password re-set button], and the website is drawing an annoying blank.

Likely Reason: In this instance the most likely reason is that you simply don't have an account. We don't force a website account sign-up at check-out, though we do sometimes invite you to create an account post purchase. You may understandably not have activated this. So whilst even subscribers may legitimately recieve emails from us regarding regular recurring orders, you may not yet have a website account active to easily amend subscription details directly on the website.

Solution: Simply head to "My Account" >> then "create an account" >> add your details >> your order history should already be there as soon as you activate your account

*In rare instances the account log-in page doesn't work due to browser caching issues [e.g. Chrome, Safari etc]. So you can also try a different browser, device, or delete you cached files in your browser history and reload the page.
